Redneck Aerobics has very little to do with your pickup truck, but it is guaranteed to helpget you where you want to go! This low-impact aerobic exercise implements the art of line dancing into the workout. This is for Cowboys and Cowgirls! Classes are taught by Pat West and Jean Alley.
